Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology at its April 11 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology met Monday, April 11, 2011.

The Board voted to post amendments to Board Rule 609-9-.01 Inactive Status, which will remove the ability for a practitioner to be placed on inactive status and provides guidelines on reactivating a license for those on inactive status.

The Georgia State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology will hold its next meeting Monday, May 23, 2011 at 8:00 a.m.
