Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology at its November 22 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology met Monday, November 22, 2010.

The Board voted to adopt an amendment to Board rule chapter 609-6 Speech-Language Pathology Aides. The main feature of this chapter title change is to add Audiology Assistants to the title since the Chapter contains rules 609-6-.01 Speech Language Pathology Aides and 609-6-.02 Audiology Assistants.

The Georgia State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology will hold its next meeting Monday, December 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
