Action Taken by the Georgia State Board of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology at its January 12 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology met Monday, January 12, 2009.

The Board voted to post an amendment to the following rule:

• Board Rule 609-3-.04, Paid Clinical Experience/Required Professional Experience: The rule revision, if adopted will modify the time required to satisfactorily complete the experience requirement for licensure.  The link for the Board’s rules is www.sos.ga.gov/plb/speech/.

The Board voted to accept a Public Consent Order from the following:

• Leslie Ann Creager, Winston. 

The Georgia State Board of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology will hold its next meeting Monday, February 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon, Georgia.
