Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy at its March 22 Meeting

Morrow, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy met on Tuesday, March 22, 2011.

The Board voted to post amendments to Board Rule 490-4-.02(4) Continuing Competency Requirements. This amendment provides an exemption from the continuing competency requirements for licensees who have passed the national board examination during the current renewal period.   

The Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy will hold its next meeting Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
