Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy at its November 27 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy held its bi-monthly meeting on Tuesday, November 27.

The Board voted to accept the following Public Consent Orders:

Carolyn Cadier, Athens: Consent Agreement for Licensure.

In other business, the Board elected officers for 2008. Lola Rosenbaum from Warner Robins will serve as Chair, John Cowherd from Jonesboro as Vice Chair, and Don Walsh from Gainesville as the Cognizant Member.

The Board also held its annual Public Forum during which the Board members briefly discussed the various duties of the board, recent rule and policy changes, and issues to address in 2008.

The next meeting of the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy will be held Monday, January 15, 2008 at 10 am at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon, Georgia.
