Foreign trained applicants must take and pass the NPTE.  Upon successful completion of the NPTE and submission of transcripts and fees, a period of practice under a traineeship permit is required prior to Georgia licensure.

Applicants must submit Official evaluation and transcript from a credential evaluation organization approved by the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy.  Currently, the Board recognizes the following credentialing evaluation agencies:
