Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Examiners of Psychologists at its April 15 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Examiners of Psychologists met on Friday, April 15, 2011.

The Board approved the following applications for licensure by oral examination:

• Johnathan Gersh, Atlanta
• Michael Vitacco, Evans
• Megumi Omonishi, Peachtree City
• Jefferson Rackley, Royston
• Kiana Wright, Rome
• Amy Luna, Statesboro
• Heather Kreth, Framingham, MA

The Board voted to adopt Rule 510-3-.02(a)(3) Licensure by Endorsement as posted for the 30 day minimum requirement.

The following petition for variance/waiver request was presented to the Board:

• Dana Ratsprecher, Smyrna: Rule 510-7-.03(1)(b) Inactive Status. Board Decision: Granted.

The Georgia State Board of Examiners of Psychologists will hold its next meeting Friday, May 20, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
