Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Examiners of Psychologists at its December 19 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Examiners of Psychologists met on Friday, December 19, 2008.

The Board approved 28 applicants to take the examination.

The Board voted to approve the following applicants for licensure:

• Kristin Anderson, Bluffton, SC
• Falicia Berry-Mitchell, Decatur

The Board voted to post the following rule amendment:

• 510-2, Licensure by Examination: Combines three subsections into one clear, concise rule regarding written and oral exams and the provisional license process.

The Georgia State Board of Examiners of Psychologists will hold its next meeting on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
