Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy at its November 6 Meeting
Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy met on Friday, November 6, 2009.
The Board voted to approve the following individuals for licensure by application:
- Ila Hinchberger, Savannah
- Amy Mims, Chattanooga, TN
- Yassia Washington, Puyallup, WA
The Board voted to approve the following individuals for licensure by restoration:
- Miracle Watkins, Lawrenceville, limited license only
- Karen Rink, Los Angeles, CA
The Board voted to approve requests from the following individuals for certification as physical agent modality – occupational therapy:
- Kathyrn Cargile, Atlanta
- Anne Fisher, Atlanta
- Mary Fuller, Augusta
- Trinity Archie, Conyers
- Shawnda Smith, Hephzibah
- Nicole Lobianco, Hoschton
- Alexander Minevich, Kennesaw
- Kate Beaty, Marietta
- Katie Krauseneck, Marietta
- Christopher T. Lane, Newnan
