Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy met on Friday, March 6, 2009.

The Board approved the following applicants for licensure:

The Board approved the following applicants for licensure by restoration:

• Angela D. Matthiessen, Atlanta
• Kelli D. Czaykowsky, Lawrenceville

The Board approved requests for certification of physical agent modality-occupational therapy from the following applicants:

• Elizabeth S. Brown, Marietta
• Brooke N. Buxton, Augusta
• Elizabeth C. Gombos, Bethlehem
• Yolanda Z. Wright, Evans
• Paula D. Myers, Martinez
• Shelly R. White, Chattanooga, TN
• Elaine M. Jensen, Clayton

The Board approved requests for certification of physical agent modality-occupational therapy assistant from the following applicants:

• Chandra G. Merritt, Tifton
• Sharon S. Fakhori, Marietta

The Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy will hold its next meeting Friday, May 22, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
