Actions Taken by the Georgia Board of Dispensing Opticians at its March 12 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Board of Dispensing Opticians held its bi-monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2008.

The Board voted to accept the following Cease and Desist Orders for unlicensed practice:

• Lanicha Provost, National Vision, Hiram
• Bok Lee, Bok Hair & Accessories, Kingsland

The Board voted to license the following individuals by examination:

• Lola Jean Padley, Clarkesville
• David Glen Redumski, Flint, MI
• Syeda Shama Pasha, Atlanta
• Michelle Bianca Stevens, Pembroke
• Crystal Y. Wade, Atlanta
• Emike R. Iteghie, Suwanee
• Monica L. Notae, Riverdale

The Georgia Board of Dispensing Opticians will hold its next meeting Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon, Georgia.
