• Complete the renewal application that will be mailed to you at the time of renewal, or you may renew on-line at this website.
• All licenses expire March 31st of odd numbered years.
• The renewal fee is $60.00
• Attain the required number of Continuing Education hours.  See Board rule 420-9 for specific continuing education requirements. 
• If you fail to renew by March 31st of the odd numbered year, your license will be administratively revoked and require reinstatement by the Board
