A3. All mail is opened in a central location and distributed to the respective b oards.The Application Specialist will review each application file and if needed send a deficiency/status letter to the applicant. 

The applicant may also access our website at www.sos.state.ga.us/plb/nursinghome and select Check Application Status.If application, fee and all supporting documents (transcripts, experience verification, supervision verification, references, etc) have been received, the application file will be submitted for Board review at the next scheduled Board meeting.
