A11. Yes, the Board does offer Inactive Status (see Board Rule 393-12-.04.

Any licensee whose license is on Inactive status may not practice or serve as the administrator of record of a nursing home. Requests for Inactive Status must be made to the Board in writing. 

A person who holds an inactive license may apply to reactivate the license by submitting a Reactivation application, fee and continuing education requirements. See Rule 393-12-.04.
