Yes. The Board will accept any one of the following exams as one of the requirements for licensure to practice massage therapy in this state:

• From the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB): 

• National Certification Exam for Therapeutic Massage (NCETM); or,
• National Certification Exam for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCETMB): or,
• National.Examination for State Licensure (NESL)

• From the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB):


• Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam (MBLEx)
