Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians at its May 18 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians met via teleconference on Tuesday, May 18, 2010.

The Board voted to ratify the 40 licenses issued from November 19, 2009 through May 14, 2010.

The Board voted to deny the following application:

• Tracy R. Musgrove, Lilburn

The Board voted to approve the following application for a Grade 2 Certification:

• Kristin J. Eberhart, Atlanta

The Board voted to approve the following application for certification:

• Elizabeth A. McGloat, Savannah

The Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians will hold its next meeting Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. via teleconference.
