Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians at its September 2 Meeting
Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians met on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 via teleconference.
The Board voted to ratify 27 certifications and four reinstatements.
The Board voted to approve the following meeting dates:
- Wednesday, March 3, 2010
- Wednesday, June 2, 2010
- Wednesday, September 1, 2010
- Wednesday, December 1, 2010
The Board voted to deny one application for licensure:
The Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians will hold its next meeting Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon.
