Actions Taken by the Georgia Board of Landscape Architects at Its October 12 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Board of Landscape Architects met on Wednesday, October 12, 2011.

The board voted to approve one applicant to take the L.A.R.E examination. The board voted to ratify approval of two applicants requesting to take the L.A.R.E examination.

The board voted to ratify approval of one applicant for reinstatement of licensure and three applicants for licensure.

The board voted to accept a consent order from William H. Caldwell of Smyrna. The consent agreement provides for a public reprimand, payment of a $2,000 fine and reinstatement of licensure to practice as a landscape architect in the state of Georgia.

The board voted to ratify a cease and desist order for unlicensed practice by Erin Hanna of Savannah.

The Georgia Board of Landscape Architects will hold its next meeting Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
