Georgia Board of Landscape Architects Testing Process:
Candidates seeking licensure may download the examination application at http://sos.georgia.gov/acrobat/PLB/04%20Landscape%20Architect%20Application%20for%20Registration.pdf
Candidates must complete the appropriate examination application and submit it to the Board office along with a fee and supporting documents. Applicants must be approved for examination by the Georgia Board prior to taking any sections of the examination.
Board office notifies CLARB and PSI of the candidates eligible for testing, while also notifying individual applicants of eligibility.
Once approved for examination eligibility, the candidate will register with CLARB and with PSI.
Candidates may sit for the state examination at any of the PSI testing locations found in Atlanta, Macon or Tifton.
Candidates may sit for the multiple-choice sections (sections A, B and D) of the LARE at any of the Prometric Test Centers. They must sit for the graphic Sections (sections C and E) of the LARE at the designated test center in Macon.
