Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Hearing Aid Dealers and Dispensers at its September 13 Meeting
Macon, Ga. — The Georgia State Board of Hearing Aid Dealers and Dispensers held its meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2011.
The board voted to ratify two hearing aid dealer applications for licensure, three hearing aid dispenser applications for licensure and four hearing aid training permit applications for licensure.
The board voted to post the amendments to Rule 276-10-.02 Continuing Education Courses for the 30-day minimum requirement upon the receipt of the memo of authority by AAG.
The board elected Jeff Faragson as Chair and Dr. Donald Cote as Vice-Chair for 2011-2012.
The Georgia State Board of Hearing Aid Dealers and Dispensers will hold its next meeting Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
