A7. Complete the renewal application online once you receive the postcard notification that will be mailed to you. All licenses will expire December 31^st of odd numbered years.

Late renewal is from January 1^st through March 31^st of the year following the license expiration date.

Through March 31^st licensees may renew late only if the have not practiced since January 1^st.

After the late renewal period, all non-renewed licenses are administratively revoked.  Once revoked, the licensee must reapply and retake the examination.

Acquire fourteen (14) hours of Board approved continuing education (Refer to Board Rule 276-10 for continuing education information)
