Actions Taken by the Georgia Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians at its September 25 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians met Friday, September 25, 2009. 

The Board voted to issue 35 licenses.

The Board elected the following Board members as annual officers:

• Chairman: Nancy Walters, MMSC, RD, LD, Martinez
• Vice-Chairman: Tracey Neely, MS, RD, LD, Augusta
• Cognizant-Legal: Jessie Wright, MS, RD, LD, Columbus

The Board established the meeting dates below for 2010:

• Friday, February 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
• Friday, April 2, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
• Friday, June 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
• Friday, August 6, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
• Friday, October 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
• Friday, December 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.

The Georgia Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians will hold its next meeting Friday, October 9, 2009 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
