Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies at its September 24 Meeting
Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies met on Thursday, September 24, 2009.
The Board voted to suspend the license of the following individual for a period of 12 months:
- Randolph McFadden, Stone Mountain
Mr. McFadden was also ordered to provide an updated training curriculum that complies with Board Law and Rules within 15 days of the docketed final decision.
The Board accepted the following voluntary cease and desist order for unlicensed practice as a training instructor:
- William Joshua Reggan, Madison
The Board voted to approve two classroom/firearms training instructor licenses, six classroom instructor licenses, five in-house security employee licenses, four private detective company licenses, five private detective security guard licenses, one private security company license, 72 private detective employee licenses and 166 security guard employee licenses.
The Georgia Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies will hold its next meeting Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Office located in Macon.
