Actions Taken by the Georgia Board of Dentistry at its November 13 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Board of Dentistry met on Friday, November 13, 2009.

The Board voted to accept consent orders from the following licensees:

• Dr. David Ricks, Jonesboro: Two years probationary licensure.
• Dr. O.J. Barron, Monticello: Three years probationary licensure.

The Board voted to accept a cease and desist order for unlicensed practice from the following individual:

• Star Avery, Star Salon, Griffin

The Georgia Board of Dentistry will hold its next meeting Friday, December 4, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
