Actions Taken by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists at its September 11 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists met on Friday, September 11, 2009.

The Board voted to license two clinical social workers by exam waiver; six master social workers by exam waiver; two master social workers by reinstatement; 35 associate professional counselors by exam waiver; 23 professional counselors by exam waiver; one professional counselor by reinstatement; one professional counselor by endorsement; three marriage and family therapists by exam waiver; and one marriage and family therapist by reinstatement.

The Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists will hold its next meeting Friday, October 9, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
