Actions Taken by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists at its February 13 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists met on Friday, February 13, 2009.

The Board voted to approve 31 applications for associate professional counselor licensure by exam waiver; three applications for marriage and family therapist licensure by exam waiver; three applications for professional counselor licensure by exam waiver; one application for professional counselor licensure by reinstatement; eight applications for master social worker licensure by examination; and seven applications for clinical social worker licensure by examination.

The Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists will hold its next meeting on Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon, Ga.
