The state of Georgia, Secretary of State, Professional Licensing Boards Division, is the only regulatory agency in Georgia that licenses these professions.

Please go to the Professional Licensure verification link https://secure.sos.state.ga.us/myverification/ and select the profession and enter the name. If that name does not appear, that would mean that the person is probably not licensed by the state of Georgia in that profession.  You may also call 478-207-2440 for assistance in verifying a license.
