Please go to the Professional Licensure verification link http://www.sos.ga.gov/myverification/ and select the profession and enter the name. If that name does not appear, that would mean that the person is probably not licensed by the state of Georgia in that profession.  You may also call 478-207-2440 for assistance in verifying a license.
