Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology at its February 10 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Cosmetology held its meeting on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.

The Board voted to deny the following applications:

• Sheng Huang, Fayetteville: Apprentice Renewal

The Board voted to accept the following consent orders:

• Josette Guignard dba Josette's Unisex Beauty Salon, Walton: Consent agreement for licensure.
• Gwendolyn Poole, Perry: Consent agreement for licensure.
• Gholamreza Ghayournejadian, Duluth: Consent agreement for licensure

The Board voted to dismiss the following citations because the licenses are lapsed:
