Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Cosmetology met on Wednesday, April 8, 2009.

The Board voted to suspend the license of the following individual for non-payment of a student loan:

The Board voted to approve the following continuing education providers:

• Elite Institute of Asthetics, Douglasville
• Beauty College of America, Forest Park
• Provision Aesthetics Institute, Stone Mountain

The Board voted to approve the following instructors’ continuing education providers:

• LJ&MG, Austell
• International School of Skin and Nail Care, Atlanta

The Board voted to refer the following establishments to the Attorney General’s office for revocation of licenses due to unpaid citations:

• Balance Salon, Marietta
• Diva’s Domain, Atlanta
• All About Hair, Eatonton
• American Nail, Helena

The Board voted to accept the following consent orders for probationary licensure:

The Board voted to accept cease and desist orders from the following individuals for unlicensed practice:
