Actions Taken by the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors at its July 7 Meeting
Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors held its meeting on Wednesday, July 7, 2010.
The Board voted to ratify the issuance of 52 residential basic licenses, 51 residential-light licenses, and 81 general contractor licenses.
The Board voted to issue the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:
- Vladislav Vlaecky, Marietta
- Bradley Dean, Stockbridge
The Board ratified the acceptance of the following voluntary cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:
- Robert Revellese d/b/a TRC and d/b/a Remodel and Design Center, Dallas
- Chris Folds d/b/a Folds Home Improvement & Electrical Services, LaGrange
The Board voted to issue a consent order for suspension for the following individual:
- Paul Wilbert Cribbs, Jr., license #RBQA003508, Warner Robins: Did not notify the Board about his arrest on drug charges within 30 days, as required by the terms of his consent order.
The Board ratified the acceptance of the following public consent orders for probationary licensure:
- Charles Luke McClain, Roswell: Filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia on or about May 5, 2009; the case is still pending.
- Jeffrey L. Brilling, Doraville: Filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia; an order discharging the debtor was entered on or about July 21, 2009.
The Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors will hold its next meeting via conference call on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
