Actions Taken by the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors at its January 6 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors met on Wednesday, January 6, 2010.

The Board voted to ratify the issuance of 41 residential basic licenses, 28 residential-light licenses and 75 general contractor licenses.

The Board voted to accept the following public consent order for probationary licensure:

• John Rob Keeler, Sanford, FL

The Board accepted a voluntary cease and desist order for unlicensed practice from the following individual:

• Dawson Andre Wise, Milledgeville

The Board acceted a cease and desist order for unlicensed practice from the following individual:

• Gregory J. Roesch, Toccoa

The Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon.
