Actions Taken by the Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Electrical Contractors at its November 22 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Electrical Contractors held its meeting on Monday, November 22, 2010.

The Board approved the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:

• Tony Butler, LaGrange
• James Miles d/b/a Miles Sign Co., Quitman
• Mike Early d/b/a Prolectric, Savannah
• Ricky Turner, Sparta

The Board approved the following consent orders:

• George Argo, Dawsonville
• Thomas Cantrell, Jasper

The Board suspended/denied the following licensees/applicants for failure to repay a student loan or fulfill child support obligations:

• Brant L. McDonald
• Sherwin L. Seals

The Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Electrical Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
