Actions Taken by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers Contractors at its October 13 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers Contractors held its meeting on Wednesday, October 13, 2010.

The Board voted to approve 27 journeyman plumber applications for licensure, 17 master plumber non-restricted applications for licensure and one master plumber restricted application for licensure.

The Board voted to accept the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:

  • Homer Stringer, Atlanta
  • Robert A. Ridgeway, Lithia Springs
  • Sam Lewis, Norcross
  • James L. Wilson, Stone Mountain
  • Billy James Jackson, Waylor

The Board voted to accept the following consent orders for arrest, conviction and pleas:

  • Vitaliy Nakonechnyy, Buford
  • Bobby Lee Craven, Thomaston

The Board voted to accept the following consent order for assisting unlicensed practice:

  • William Crandel Lang, Woodstock

The Board voted to accept the following consent orders for unlicensed practice:

  • Horace Darrell Young, Monticello
  • Chet Jernigan, Savannah

The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Master Plumbers and Journeyman Plumbers Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
