Actions Taken by the Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors at its May 26 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors met Wednesday, May 26, 2010.

The Board reviewed and approved the following conditioned air non-restricted application for licensure:

The Board issued the following licenses by reciprocity for conditioned air non-restricted:

• Randy Donald Sheets, Lavonia
• David W. Newcomb, Blytheville, AR
• Alfred W. Nyman, Jr., Longwood, FL
• Steven M. Madruga, Durham, NC

The Board voted to accept the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:
