Actions Taken by the Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors at its December 2 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors met Wednesday, December 2, 2009.

The Board voted to approve 24 Conditioned Air Non-Restricted applications for licensure and 19 Conditioned Air Restricted applications for licensure.

The Board accepted the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:

• Gary Sussey, College Park
• James Ruff d/b/a Ruff Heating & Air, Dearing 
• David Decker, Hampton
• Daniel Kinsey, Reidsville
• Rickey Gray, Stockbridge
• Eddie Gentry, Trion

                       
The Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
