Actions Taken by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Utility Contractors at its November 4 Meeting

Macon, Ga.— The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Utility Contractors held its meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2009.

The Board voted to approve 16 utility manager applications for examination, 49 utility foreman applications for licensure and 28 utility contractor applications for licensure.

The Board voted to accept the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:

• Freddy Kitchens, dba Mid Georgia Paving and Construction Inc., Cochran
• Elvis Briton, dba Britton Grading, Dallas
• Loren E. Gould Jr., dba G-Force Grading and Construction, Griffin
• Thomas Brightman, dba R.O.C. Construction, Warner Robins 

The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Utility Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
