Actions Taken by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors at its May 6 Meeting
Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors met on Wednesday, May 6, 2009.
The Board voted to approve 45 conditioned air non-restricted applications for licensure and three conditioned air restricted applications for licensure.
The Board approved the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:
- Dontize Hughes, Macon
- William Brice Hindsman, Tallapoosa
- William Clyde Hindsman, Tallapoosa
- Brandon Ward, Georgetown
The Board voted to release the following licensee from probation:
The Board voted to release the following licensee from suspension:
- James L. Stodghill, Douglas
The Board voted to accept consent orders from the following:
- Joe Whitlock, Acworth: Two years probation and a $9,250 fine.
- Sammie Vanderbilt, Smyrna: Two years probation and a $970 fine.
The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
