Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Electrical Contractors met on Wednesday, April 1, 2009.

The Board voted to approve the following applicants for licensure by reciprocity:

• Rondal Shane Franks, Opelika, AL
• William Michael Garber, Sr., Rosman, NC
• Jeff S. Hall, Orleans, IN

• Anthony Todd Langford, Greer SC

The Board voted to accept the following Consent Order for working outside of the scope of practice:

• Christopher Davis, Marietta: Includes license suspension for three months, followed by three year probationary period, a $1,000 fine.
