Actions Taken by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Electrical Contractors at its March 5 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Electrical Contractors met on Thursday, March 5, 2009.

The Board voted to approve 40 applications for examination.

The Board voted to accept the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:

• Jeremiah Wooten, Warner Robins
• Phil Balmes, Buckhead
• Leonard Wolfe, Stone Mountain
• Fred McCray, Butler
• Albert Riojas, Newnan
• Chad Nodine, Norcross
• Miles Lively, Dalton
• Teddy Davis, Nicholls
• Franklin Turner, Ellenwood

 

The Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Electrical Contractors will hold its next meeting Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
