Statement from the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners

  At its meeting February 13, 2003, the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners voted the following:

Based upon U.S. District Court Judge Charles A. Moye, Jr.’s ruling on Monday, February 10, 2003 in the case of Life University, Inc. v. The Council On Chiropractic Education, Inc.; The Council On Chiropractic Education Commission on Accreditation; and Paul D. Walker, the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners voted to defer action on Board Rule 100-12-.01 until such time as legal resolution has occurred.

Until that time, all Life University College of Chiropractic graduates are eligible for licensure consideration in the State of Georgia.
