Statement from the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners Concerning Life University College of Chiropractic Statement
from the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners Based upon U.S. District Court
Judge Charles A. Moye, Jr.’s ruling on Monday, February 10, 2003 in the case
of Life University, Inc. v. The Council On Chiropractic Education, Inc.; The
Council On Chiropractic Education Commission on Accreditation; and Paul D.
Walker, the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners voted to defer action on
Board Rule 100-12-.01 until such time as legal resolution has occurred. Until that time, all Life
University College of Chiropractic graduates are eligible for licensure
consideration in the State of Georgia. Mollie
