Actions Taken by the Georgia Auctioneers Commission at its June 7 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Auctioneers Commission held its meeting on Monday, June 7, 2010.

The Board approved the following applications for licensure:

  • Nicholas D. Powers III, Rome: Auctioneer Reinstatement
  • Southeastern Auto Auction of Savannah, Savannah: Auctioneer Company
  • Performance Auction & Realty Company, Statesboro: Auctioneer Company
  • Jay Basinger, Longwood, FL: Non-Resident Auctioneer
  • American Fundraising Auctions, Orlando, FL: Auctioneer Company
  • Donald Horton, Cleveland, NC: Non-Resident Company
  • Manheim Realty & Auction, Nashville, TN: Non-Resident Company

The Board accepted a public consent order from the following licensee for assisting in unlicensed practice:

The Board ratified the following cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice:
