Actions Taken by the Georgia Auctioneers Commission at its June 2 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Auctioneers Commission held its bi-monthly meeting on Monday, June 2, 2008.

The Board accepted the following consent order:

• Thomas Leroy Coleman, McDonough: Misrepresentation on application for licensure. The order imposes a fine of $500 and requires the licensee to obtain a G.E.D.

The Georgia State Board of Auctioneer Commission will hold its next meeting on Monday, August 4, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
