Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Architects and Interior Designers at its February 18 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Architects and Interior Designers held its meeting on Friday, February 18, 2011.

The Board voted to ratify the issuance of six registered interior designer licenses, 11 registered architect licenses by examination, 21 registered architect licenses by reciprocity, and the reinstatement of 19 registered architect licenses.

The Board voted to approve 12 applications for registered architect licensure by examination and five applications for licensure as an interior designer.

The Board voted to approve the reinstatement of two registered architect licenses and the reinstatement of one interior designer license.

The Board denied two applications for licensure as an interior designer.
                
The Georgia State Board of Architects and Interior Designers will hold its next meeting Friday, April 15, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
