Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Architects

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Architects held its meeting on Friday, October 16, 2009.

 The Board voted to ratify the issuance of six Registered Interior Designer licenses, five Registered Architect licenses by examination and 22 Registered Architect licenses by reciprocity, the reinstatement of one Registered Interior Designer license and 12 Registered Architect licenses since their last meeting.

The Board approved 17 applications for Registered Architect licensure by examination, one application for an architectural license by reciprocity, one application for reinstatement of an expired Registered Interior Designer license, one application for an architectural license to be placed on Inactive Status, the renewal of two Registered Architect licenses and seven applications for Interior Designers.
                
The Georgia State Board of Architects will hold its next meeting Friday, December 18, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon.
