Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Architects and Interior Designers at its October 17 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Architects and Interior Designers held its bi-monthly meeting on Friday, October 17, 2008.

The Board voted to set the calendar for the following 2009 meeting dates:

• Friday, February 20, 2009
• Friday, April 17, 2009
• Friday, June 12, 2009
• Friday, August 21, 2009
• Friday, October 16, 2009
• Friday, December 18, 2009

The Board voted to ratify the issuance of 16 licenses by examination, 27 licenses by reciprocity and 18 licenses by reinstatement. The Board also approved 24 applicants for examination.

The Board voted to approve a Cease and Desist Order against the following individual for unlicensed practice:

• Robert Satkovich, Woodstock.

The Georgia State Board of Architects and Interior Designers will hold its next meeting on Friday, December 19, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon, Georgia.
