Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy at its September 24 Meeting

Atlanta—The Georgia State Board of Accountancy held its bi-monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2008.

The Board voted to ratify the following Public Order:

• Crowe Horwath LLP a/k/a Crowe Chizek and Company LLC, Atlanta: Allows the old firm to be licensed under the new firm name. Order requires firm to identify that it is a separate member of the Horwath International.

The Georgia State Board of Accountancy will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
