Georgia’s diverse and growing economy provides our state, nation and the world a dynamic array of agriculture, technology, information, logistics and manufactured products, and every year creates new jobs and new opportunities for our citizens. Trade with both established and emerging global markets is critical to maintaining and expanding our economy.

I am honored that Governor Perdue has invited me to join him on a business mission to China from Sunday, March 30 through Friday, April 5. China is one of our state’s leading export markets, and one of the world’s most rapidly growing economies. This mission provides Georgia an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and establish new markets for Georgia products.
