When you are not able to vote in person at your home precinct, there are provisions which allow you to register to vote and request an absentee ballot.  The Federal Postcard Application (FPCA) is a universal form used for both voter registration and absentee ballot requests.  This form, including Georgia instructions, can be accessed in any of the following ways:
