The 21st
Century Voting Commission selected 13 cities as host sites for the November
Pilot Project. These sites were selected from a list of volunteering
cities around Georgia. Selections were based on:
- Likelihood of Contested Races on the November
Municipal Ballot,
- Population Demographics, and
- Geographic Location.
